I reserve the right to decline a commission. At any time I am allowed to terminate the commission, within reason. Whether it be lack of communication, lack of contact, or conflict that goes nowhere.

Terms of Service can and will be altered at any time.

All commissions are personal use only.

Commissioner knows they will not receive a physical copy of the artwork, only a digital high-resolution copy through whichever preferred electronic communication is dictated.

Commissioner has no right to use my art for commercial use/sell my art as an NFT, in Crypto, any digital marketplace NOR to be used in AI art or claim the artwork as their own creation.

In the potential event of dissolution or cancelation, I reserve the right to keep your commission and use the assets for resale.

I reserve the right to use all commissioned work in promotional material for my own projects and advertisements.

I drew the commission. The right of the illustration is mine.

If a commission is canceled, regardless of completion, the client is allowed to keep the incomplete art, but I still hold the rights AND copyright to the art. Even if incomplete, my art is not allowed to be completed by another nor altered without permission from myself.

Unless the sketch has not been started, you cannot get a refund. Possible refunds are only 50% returns.

All payment times are flexible and available to be paused or cancelled.
